2000 Chevy astro van

The air conditioning does not blow air from my vents. I replaced the hose to the Tee connector and this worked for 2 weeks. I have a vacuum at the tee connector. What can the problem be.

Does all air divert to the defroster, or is there no airflow whatsoever (no fan)?
