Angry Help Transmission Keeps Blowing Clstr Fuse

EVERY TIME I PUT MY CAR INTO D DRIVE GEAR THE CLSTR FUSE BLOWS AND MY CAR WILL NOT SHIFT.. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA ON WHATS WRONG WITH THIS STUPID CAR, ITS AN 03 CAVALIER? THANKS

Try disconnecting the electrical connector from the transmission range switch and see if the problem persists.
