is there a company that builds a computer to change shift times for a 91' chevy c/k 1500 with a 5.7 350?

Computer does not control shift timing for the 700R4 (4L60).

What exactly are you looking for? Earlier shifts or later shifts?

Is you shift speeds off or why are you wanting fasted shifts?
Engine runnin g good has a lot to do with how the transmission shifts and works.
Is the tv cabel adusted good?
On a normal take off what are your shift speeds in mph?
1-2 2-3 3-4 and lockup?

i need the quicker shifts for drag raceing it holds the gear to long
under full throdle
4-5 is top out
3-4 40
i not sure the shifts under that
the tv cable is good
the motor runs good it has a few mods done to it

To get quicker or firmer shift you will have to go a good type of shift kit set for what ever you want it to do.
