Here is my first attempt at modelling, a black ITR. A white one is on its way and I'll post some pics of what is finished at the end.

How come you chickened out of spraying the black on the windows?

i did one just like that but i used different rims and a different spoiler. i also colored the seats red/black and the engine bay red. and i agree, you should try to paint the window linings black...

If I would have known better, I would have . I brush painted the body also, but maybe I can go over the window lines with a permanent marker? I'll give it a go and see how it comes out.

cool! im doing the same model right now,
i think im gonna paint mine yellow with the gun metal rims
im stuck on the suespension! its soo damn hard(keep note this is my first model)

yea, the suspension is really goofy, with pieces just floating around. Here is a pic of mine.. Maybe it will help? It is kind of small, but if you blow it up there just might be something that you can reference off of.

Are the rear lights meant to be clear or painted?

The rear lights are meant to be painted, but I was working from a little Testors paint kit and there wasn't and translucent red .
