Revell Germany replacement parts service

Hi everyone,

I'm in need of 2 very specific (and very small) replavement parts for my Revell Alpina project.
I know there is a possibility to have replacement parts from them, the question is how? Couldn't find it on their site.

BTW I'm in Europe, so I can't do it through Revell USA.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Ioan

As i'm in the very same situation (but for broken pieces ) i'm interested too.
So far, i have tried via email, from their contact us link, specifying the kit number, and the number of the parts i needed.

Just send the mail this morning, i'm now waiting for their answer, i'll let you know if it works for me.

Best regards.

Revell USA website manages replacement services for German kits also.

Re: Revell Germany replacement parts service

I've ordered parts directly from Revell-Germany before, but it's been awhile. I sent them a typed letter with an International money order for $10-15 dollars (I never knew the exact amount, so I just sent a random amount). They mailed me the parts I requested.

If it's an older Revell-Alpina, though, you may have a hard time getting parts. If it's the Alpina Z8, you shouldn't have a problem.
