f/s or trade engines

I have a chevy 350 with tranny out of a 76 p/u no idea mileage. Also have a rebuilt high performance 305 with about 18k on it. Would like to trade for a good 5.0 with tranny for 94 f-150 4wd. If not would sell reasonably. Help me out please.
