1. Get a stock S15 SpecR
2. Put on racing suspension, simulation tires, LSD, brakes. Also get a chip and a mild exhaust for a few extra horses. (Dont buy anything else. You dont want to change the car's powerband, or else it will be more difficult to control)
3. Get in the car, do a test drive at Midway field (before you click start, go to options/tune and set both traction controls to 0). Make sure your using manual shifting.
4. Experiment with the setup. If you did everything right, the car should oversteer controllably on its own. It takes about an hour to get it down right.

The best drifter in GT3 is the Hachi Roku. A little work, and you've got 200hp, and that's all you need.

Sim tires, traction control off, and it should be fairly well balanced. Most of the cars have a little factory understeer, but that can be dialed out by adding about 1 degree of negative camber on the front wheels.

Spring rates are the easiest way to tune the balance of course. I like to set my stabilizers(sway bars) to maximum stiffness, and lower the car as much as possible.

Do not do a stage 3 weight reduction, it changes the physics engine of the car, giving it more traction. Go to stage 2 only.

Simply, that should give you a really good balance. If the car oversteers too much, stiffen the front end. If it understeers too much, stiffen the rear end.

If you have GT3, listen carefully. You must win the FR championship at the Amateur level, and you will be gifted with the Initial D AE86, complete with the 11,000 RPM engine.

If you have Gran Turismo 1, win the FR championship and you will get the Sil Eighty, which is the drifter special for that game.

S14 Sharkeyes are for sale in the Nissan line-up, Cbass. Right next to the 240SX.

Personally speaking, my favorite Gran Turismo drift car is (you probably won't believe this) the 3.0 Aristo sedan from GT2. Ulturra Sedan Dorifto!
