1991 3.0 Ranger DTCS

I pulled some codes at work today with the scan tool

and i got


KOEO
#63 Throttle Position Signal FIPL Too Low
#96 Fuel Circuit Open - Battery To ECA

KOER

Code10 Snap Throttle



Kinda Stinks, AllData doesnt give any info about them

At work today monitor the signals from the Throttle position sensor. Also monitor the other sensor if you can. Alldata should tell you how to check out the sensors for each code. Try fixing the first code then delete codes and recheck.
Usually the t-p sensor will have erratic signals and the engine speed will go up and down.

Haha I didnt even think of that I just replaced the TPS. Now for the fuel pump issue, i just had to replace it this past saturday. If that could have anything to do with it i dont know but ill scan and check again...

Check the fuel pump relay and the eec relay grounds and that they are working properly.
