Decoding Data Plate

I have a 1969 Chevelle, dont know what the numbers on the bottom right side of the data plate mean - B.L195247 - Can anyone help me decode this

Bulldogge,

You'll have to give us more information. Those numbers aren't typical on the 69's I've seen.
Do you have a Belgium built Chevelle?

Any other info about the car and perhaps a picture of your tag would help.

Highlandlake, I believe hes talking about the number under the paint code on the trim tag. Pic
It took me a minute too...

From what I gather, the "B" is a code for a hard top from the Baltimore plant. The "L" has been argued for years. Probably a trim level code.
The numbers, again not sure. It wont match the VIN though. That is why companys can legally reproduce the trim tags. Its not the cars "identity"

What are the other numbers on the trim tag?
