The flasher should be by the steering column, could be by the top or closer to the middle.
You might not get those LEDs to work right for turns or tails. Even those LED replacement bulbs dont always work in the tails or turn signals, and they are made for that.

Re: what a nightmare where is flasher 94 GA
i know i can get led's to work somehow, i dont know where, but i do know that alot of ppl on cardomain.com have the clear LED's for there 94 GA too
pluss my tail lioghts and emergency flashers are doing great the only thing that isnt working is my turn sginals, i can muanal blink them off on off on etc.. but wont go on there own, im told i need a regulator or electronic flasher and the flashers are easier to install |

Yes I have seen them on cardomain and on the streets.
You do need some sort of flasher relay that will work with the low voltage/Ohm impedance of the LEDs, it is doable but I'm not certain.... and I didnt ever find any of those aftermarket tails for your year. Thier used to be some around but they probley discontinued them as with many other parts for our GA's.

I put LED lights on my jeep and didn't realize the flasher needed more impedance to work correctly. I fixed it by tying in a 50ohm resistor in parallel with the Lights.

Re: what a nightmare where is flasher 94 GA
That's 3.36 watts going through the resistor if your alternator is charging 14V, most you buy are 1/8 watt (and I've never seen over 1 watt). I'd make sure it's not near anything flamable, as those things get HOT if they're overloaded.
On my truck, I installed an electronic flasher. It flashes close to the same rate no matter the load. I'm in the middle of building it up for offroading, and right now it's really 1/2 a truck with the frame sticking out the back. I got a set of magnetic LED lights (for dolly-towing a vehicle) to stick on the bumper so it's legal to drive, the flasher works just fine with them.
