Crankshaft pulley removal?

I am trying to pull the crankshaft pulley off my 2000 Breeze with the 2.4L engine, but the pulley hits the frame and will not come all the way off the crank. There is only about a half inch clearance when the pully is installed. Does anyone know how to get this off? I trying to replace the water pump which is driven by the timing belt.

Thanks.
