I bought some 134a refrig. I hooked up the hose turned on the A/C to max but the compressor won't kick in How do I jump the compressor out to get it to run is it black negative - and blue positive +our is it a series run help me get the compressor to run I even tryed to heat the can to expend it .

Are you sure that the system is low? When I recharge a unit I always start with the engine off and let the system draw in as much refrigerant as it will(up to a full charge}. and then start the engine , turn the A/C on and finish the charge. If there is no refrigerant entering the system from your container then perhaps the problem is electrical or maybe your container didn't open. If you force the compressor to run and overcharge the system you WILL increase the head pressure and you can cause yourself some very devastating problems.
