Hi Breeze owners. I own a very thursty 98 Breeze. It's the 2.4 L DOHC engine with auto O/D. I was wondering if anyone has swapped the 2.4 for a smaller engine ? If so how did it work out ? If it worked out well what did you install, what kind of mods did you have to make etc. ?
I'm wondering if a smaller engine would use just as much fuel to push a bigger car anyway and if so I'll just keep pouring the fuel down the throat of the 2.4! Ahh... to be back in the days when you did'nt think twice to fill the tank of your Charger, 442 or Cyclone.

i can squeeze 38mpg out of my 2.0 auto. i usually average 33-34mpg. i have to drive like a granny though.
