I broke my brothers truck!!

After borowing my brothers 02 2500, it has developed some issues. I'm getting a Knocking sound, or rattling on start up that gets worse with light acceleration. It quiets down after the engine gets warm, but I also have a los of power. Anything that gets me pionted in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds almost like a bearing. When you "borrowed" his truck, what did you do with it?
