96 bravada - hesitation

I have a 96 bravada and the past couple of days i start it up put it in reverse to back up and when i put it in drive and hit the gas it hesitates for a moment then dies. I put it in park and try to start it but it wont start until I try it 3-4 times. After that it seems to be alright except for 1 out of 10 times when i stop. When I hit the gas it hesitates for a moment but then it goes just fine. For some reason it only dies on me in the morning when i leave for work never when i leave work. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i should check first?

What is the engine and mileage and last good tune up?
Any check engine lights?
How is the fuel pressure?
Have you checked fuel and air filters or clean TB?

Here's where you check the fuel pressure...you should see 60-65psi after turning the keyswitch on and the pressure remain after you turn the keyswitch off for 5 to 25 minutes.
This fuel pressure gauge kit is available at most auto parts stores.
