Question 1994 S10 4.3 w-vin Fuel pressure questions

Have replaced CPI,Nut Kit,Fuel Filter,Fuel Pump,Strainer and pulsator. Now fuel pressure is 60 koeo and 55 steady with key off.Everything I read says pressure should be 65-66 koeo with no less than 58 with key off. Asked salesperson about pump rating .rating is 61psi according to information this pump is a direct OEM replacement made by delphi. I guess my question is what is the right pressure needed and/or these numbers posted workable?
Thanks for all the help in the past and an early thank you for your help in the future.

Re: 1994 S10 4.3 w-vin Fuel pressure questions

94 s-10 W fuel pressure specs is 55/61 lbs pressure.
Newer ones use 60/66 lbs specs.
On Yours
Key on engine off you should see around 60 lbs.
Engine running no load around 56-57.
Full load it should go up to around 60 lbs.
You should be good but always check engine running pressure hot on the road to.

Fuel pump rating should be around 85-90 cut off or full pressure.
Pressure regulator are set at 55-61 lbs depending on engine load and vacume.
Your pump should be capable of punping pressure well over that and also have a good fuel volumn.
