Adding OEM fog lights to 1999 Ranger?

My son just got a 1999 Ford Ranger and ordered a valance with fog light cut-outs so he can install OEM fog lights. Can anyone tell me if the base XL wiring harness includes wiring for foglights and what's involved in getting them and the switch wired up? I'm hoping I go to a local salvage yard and buy everything we need without too much rewiring.

I would simply wire them in seperate with a switch because the dash in the truck is not equipped with the foglamp switch and wiring harness most likely. If you were to find a foglamp harness, you are going to replace a hell of alot of wiring.
