Help With Trouble Code P0456 ?

I have a 2003 Caravan, with a 3.3L engine. My check engine light came on a few weeks ago. The code was p0456 , I checked and tighten the gas cap. Then disconnected the battery and code was gone. Drove the van today and the code came back. Has anyone else had this trouble code and have any advice on what else i can do to trouble shoot and fix this small leak ? thanks.

Do you drive where there are downgrades of 10 percent or more??? Did you notice if the light came on when commuting on such a downgrade?? IF this is the cenario it may be a erroreous code fixed by PCM replacement. Go to the online service manuals on the forum section and read the Technical Service Bulliten for the 2003. This may or may not be covered by warranty.

Check for leaks in vacuum hoses to Evaproative Canister and purge valve.
