Ram brakes on a Dakota??

I'm going to be replacing the front pads and rotors on an 01 ext cab 4x4 Dak for a friend, and have read some posts and found that rotors warping is common on these. I was wondering if anyone had put brakes(rotors, calipers, pads) from a Ram on a dakota, and how big of a job the conversion was? Just had the thought and figured I could throw it out there.
