Thumbs up idol pully

hi im having trouble with a idol pullyon my xz2 2000 it keeps throwing the belt of when wet i figured out the the bearings went out on it.i got a new 1 and cant get down at the old 1 to take it off .i was wondering do i have to take the engine mount of or is the a special tool u can buy.hints and tips would be much appreciated

Try jacking the car up, remove the right front wheel then remove the plastic splash shields. That should put you right in the neighborhood.
