Question can anyone tell me?

can anyone please tell me where the TPS sensor is located,
the reason i ask is that when my car is warm it wants to die,not just at a light, but any time you let off the throttle, when its cold it never does it.everyone tells me tps sensor.
maybe they are wrong, but ill try it

thanx

Re: can anyone tell me?

TPS on any car is located right on the axis of the throttle body butterfly cross shaft...just find where your throttle plate pivots when you pull the throttle cable, the TPS will be mounted on the opposite side of the throttle body, right on the axis of the cross shaft.

Here's a generic pic of a throttle body (Acura I think)...you can see the TPS mounted opposite of the crank for the throttle cables (the black piece on the left side):

TPS is about $30 I think...if that's not it you might want to try cleaning the EGR and IAC...both can cause stalling if they stick...
