1977 Shaker Hood Scoop Install

I have a 77 Trans Am shaker that I'am installing on my 93' Blazer. I'm not looking to make in fuctional through the intake system but fuctional as a scoop. If anybody has ideas on mounting idea's or suggestions let me know.
