removing interiour panels

This is regaurding a 91 chev tracker.
I need to remove the door panels to work on the lock mech.,and Im not sure about how to pop the fastners. On the rear door they they look like a washer with a pin in the center.
Any idea if you tap the pin back or do you pry the washer off?
They dont yeald with gentle pressure so I think I should give it a tap,but Im unsure which piece moves.
Thanx,Keith

Re: removing interiour panels

Usually on those kinds of retainers the center pin pulls back and releases the rest of the retainer. A picture would help.

Re: removing interiour panels

Yep your right, but I finally got at it yesterday, before I saw this, and managed to break most of them, lol. There kinda brittle.
I plan on getting some "dress" washers and use wall anchors in the holes and fix it that way.
thanx
