Unhappy 1985 Dodge Caravan Fuel Pressure Problems

Vehicle has a new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new asd relay (auto shut down relay) new coil, new distributor, wires, plugs, cap, rotor, and runs but after a short while begins to loose power and act like its running out of gas. Pressure tested fuel system and shows loss of fuel pressure when driving. Where is the fuel pump relay on this vehicle. ASD is plain view under the hood but schematic shows another relay for the curciut. PLEASE HELP!
