1955 Mercedes Benz 300 SL Gull Wing
Hello again guys,
Here's a very old kit from italeri, a 1955 300 SL Gull Wing. I bought this kit secondhand with a very cheap price, only 18 US dollars including postage. The kit was already started and the box was all squashed but luckily the parts were all still complete. I stripped the original color, spraypainted it with tamiya gun metal, and then clearcoated with gloss clear from mr hobby. I also did small weathering on the exhaust pipes to obtain heat stained look. Let me know what you think and thanks for looking.
