Cam Timing Differences with D18Z6/Y8

Does anyone know the timing differences between the D16Z6 and D16Y8 engines? I acquired a Zex cam for a D16Z6 and want to put it into my D16Y8. All of the specs (lift, duration, etc) are the same between the 2 cams Zex sells for my application and the Z6. I called Zex to make sure this swap was acceptable and the rep told me it was fine, and all I would need was an adjustable cam gear and to advance the timing, but he couldn't tell me how much. Any help would be much appreciated.

Get a helms and check the specs. I only have the 95 so I could get the D16Z6,but not the Y8.
