'67 Firebird Restoration
I am restoring my '67 Firebird 400 convertible back to original condition. I do not have the original radiator fan blade and I am trying to determine the correct OEM fan blade size. The car does not have A/C and was originally equipped with a fan clutch. Catalogs show replacement fans anywhere from 15" -20". Does anyone know the correct fan size for this year/model?

Re: '67 Firebird Restoration
Guido,
A non-AC car with a clutch fan is fairly unusual in that era. A call to Ames Performance or Performance Years could get you the info you need. Those are Pontiac-specific restoration houses and have a lot of expertise not found at Year 1 and other generic resto supplies. Cool cars, '67s. A ragtop is pretty rare, too! Jim |
