Question Starter Removal Problems

I was trying to change out my starter today, looked easy enough...

Except the tread is stripped where the 13mm bolt is on the top of the solenoid.

The bolt just turns... I can't fit a bolt cutter in there... is there another way to get this bolt out?

Thanx in advance!

Try putting a screw driver under the bolt head and pry up sometimes this will work as you turn slowly. You could use a small air grinder but then, you will have to drill the rest of the bolt out. This has happened to me a few times and I was able to pry up on the bolt head and remove it.
