mk3 fiesta boot lock jammed

My L reg fiesta boot lock won't budge. Ive sprayed wd40 in it but to no avail and only having the 1 key i dont want to snap it off .

Is it possible to open the boot from the inside so i can get a better look at whats sticking ?
