Can't fix throttle and Short ram intake question.

i need to know were I can get mounting bracket and coupler for a short ram air intake for a 91 eclipse. Also when my car is in park or neutral it idles up and down, but when in drive or reverse it doesnt. Sometimes when I let off the gas and begin to slow down when coming up to a stop it will go up and down in drive. But when I tab the break it stops all of sudden. Ive cleaned several sensors and changed the fuel filter, Ive grounded the computer out and messed with the idle screw as well. I have no idea what to do. Someone told me it might be a vaccum leak or the timing. Its wierd that when I start to coast to a stop in the road that it idles up and down in drive but when I hit the breaks it stops, it doesnt do it when I am sitting still in drive either. Sometimes, but hardly ever, it won't do it in park. As for the intake I bought I need an adapter for the sensor that plugs into the stalk intake. By the way the car was doing this before I tried to put the intake on. I thought replacing it with something better might help the problem, but I don't have all the necessary equipment to get the job done. When it idles up and down its between 1000 and 1500, it goes back and forth. At abouth the speed this smily is moving, maybe a little slower. The car is an automaic transmission 2.0 gs. I'm not familiar with the 1st gen, but have you looked at teh MAF sensor?
