Help with anti lock system on a 1995 chevy monte carlo...

I need help with possible causes for a 1995 chevy monte carlo. My low trac light came on and flashed everytime I pressed on the brakes. I cut the car off and then the Anti Lock light came on and stayed on??? What could be causing this???

Low trac light comes on everytime I hit the breaks. It went off after I restarted car. Now the anti lock light is on and wont go off. What could be causing this. It just happened today. No prior issues...

In most cases when the ABS light is on and stays on it's either that the brake fluid is low or that your brake pads or shoes are low and probably need to be replaced.

Welcome to AF. Not true, the abs lite refers only to the abs itself, this should be scanned with an abs function scanner for codes and wheel sensor inputs. BTW this thread is 5 months old, please check the dates before replying.
