1999 ford contour

can anyone help driver side power windows work but the passengers side dont

Check you controls first make sure you are getting power to them.. If you are then check the power going to the window motor.. If you are then its the motor.. Or something that a friend of mine told me that happened to his contour is that the rail that helps the windows go up and and down got off track.. He just placed it back and Voila !!! it worked...
