i have never swapped those seat in. however, i assume it can easily be figured out.

1 side of the rails needs to be replaced. i assume that means the other rail is similiar on both seats. take 1 teg seat and 1 civic seat and set them side by side. i would then try and find which side has "matching" rails.....and assume it's the other side that needs to be switched.

maybe someone will leave an exact answer. if not...try the matching game

The inner rail closet to the console can not be switched it is part of the seat. Its where the top and lower part connect. I took the outer rail off and the holes still do not line up.

whats up
I have put grey leather integra seats in my civic the back upper two pieces fit fine the bottom back half does not fit right it's to small but I just threw it in there so it would match for now as far as the front seats it's kind of tricky first what you will have to do is with the teg seat out look at the bracket that is closest to the center consol the hole on the bracket that towards the back seat has to be cut it's kind of hard to explain ok the hole has to be streched I did this by takeing a small dremil tool with a cutting disk on it and cut the hole long so that the seat
bracket has room for adjustment and just repet on the other teg seat only the one bracket hole has to be cut to make it work it may sound confuseing but it's not that hard I wish I hade a did camera so I could show you but I don't
hope this helps
Good luck
