never ever will i use thhis sh!t ever!

that stupid fucking rustoleumspray paint is the worst shit i have ever seen. WTF I was trying to touch up an area on my friends xbox 360 that I already painted for him with a couple of one dollar enamel spray paint, and it looked great. My friend however being stupid enough and had told him to put it upright and not to put it on carpet and shit(the paint was only set for about 10 days which was not enough to cure fully). He did everything what he wasnt suppose to do he put it face down on carpet and when the xbox 350 would get hot which its prone to, carpet left it with a very bad rough texture which means he ruin the clear coat. Also i guess he tryed to polish some scratches on it with some shit and it burned and oxidized the paint. So i decide to just repaint the thing right i mean what else could go wrong. I sanded it down nicely and used whatever i had to paint with, rustoleum gloss black . so i laid down a nice beautiful first coat. I leave it for about half an hour and see oh there some spots that need a little more so i re spray and one minute later the whole thing just bubbled and gave a nasty but constant texture that was about a millimeter high. FUCK After this i let it sit for a week then picked it up and the thing wasnt even dry. i dragged my finger nail through it and the paint came off wow! My friend did not like what happened so i got a metal taping knife poured lacquer thinner and scraped away. it worked fo a little while but got really mad and got the bosch sander out and striped it with 80 grit. so now i have restarted.

What you describe comes from incompatible solvents because you are mixing incompatible paint systems. You did not repaint the thing "right" at all!

The solvents in the rustoleum 'lifted' or dissolved the layer of cheapie paint you applied earlier. You ended up with a 'wrinkle' finish.

There is nothing wrong with rustoleum. It is intended as a self - priming paint for metal, including rust. So the solvents in it are chosen to get the best results for that use in mind.
Like any paint, the painter must know the materials and how to use them for best results, and to only use compatible paints.

yes but i stripped the whole thing off after it. and its still happening not as bad but it is there and it bothers me. And I think I know how to paint so dont even question that. I even figured out the problem.

I've painted plastic computer components with the Krylon spray paint formulated for plastics, and I've always been happy with that.
