Broken bolt, rear suspension

Hi all

I got a problem.
The upper bolt for rear suspension is broken
And ofcourse, approx 5mm into the "frame".

So, what do i do now ???
Have a beer and buy a new car ???

Is it flush or it sticks out?Try doing this,welding a nut on it and let it cool.This does work if you do not need or need to heat it up.

I removed the gas tank and drilled that sucker out....
