Anti-theft code
Hi Guys,
After I replaced my battery, now my radio is not working due to anti-theft code for my Honda 2001 Accord Sedan EX V6. My previous owner did not give it to me. How do I reset this anti-theft code if there is one for it and where can I find it. Thanks. |

Re: Anti-theft code
Call your local Honda Dealer and ask them what to do. If you know which dealer your car was from originally, call that one and they should be able to help you out. Also, I mentioned it in your other post, look in the owner's manual pouch, and the card with the code might be in there somewhere.

Re: Anti-theft code
chemi you need to go to your local honda dealer and show them your registration and vin and such then they will give you the code then you turn the radio onn and it will say code then you use the numbers and put the code in the dealer will not give it to you over the phone because thats why they call it antitheft because i can steal a honda radio then call honda and get the code thn turn around and sell so you see it will defeat the purpose of antitheft

Re: Anti-theft code
But they wants $ 95.00 for the code. That´s unfair!!

Re: Anti-theft code
only they would know it though so once you get it next time take a sharpie and write the number on in the glove box on the side so you dont forget
