Mazda 626 2.0L 2000 model Alternator supply voltage

I have a problem. I have a new battery and repllaced the bearings, stator, regulator and rectifier on my alternator(mitshubishi FP34) that is in my mazda 626 Facelift 2000 model 2.0L 16v Fs. When i start the car the battery light goes out for approxamatly 10 seconds then comes on again. The haynes manual says i should have a supply voltage of 1.0v but on my car it is only 0.48v. Can anybody please help me look for the problem Both main and injection fuses are ok. The curcuit runst through them. I'm at aloss...
