Anyone know a distributor of b18a engines?

when i get my tax money back, i am going to get a b16a1 engine swap....UNLESS i can find a b18a for cheap. I know they are a lot cheaper than a b16.

Im looking for b18a1/cable tranny/ECU. If anybody can help me out here by listing a distributor of these engines it would be kick ass.

i would just look in www.thepartstrader.com or www.hondaclassifieds.com. Or try looking around at a local junkyard. It is not that much cheaper than a b16. Its almost the same price actually.

Mwahahaha!!

My boyfriend and I went to our local junkyard.

Got a B18a and tranny right out of the Integra (we were very lucky it was there) for $180.

So yeah, try your local junkyards. This one was NOT Honda specific.

Sure, we're having to rebuild them both but that is much more worth it to me than shelling out the big bucks for a ready-made one, when I know I can do it much cheaper myself. It may take longer, but again, it's worth it to me.
It helps having a garage now too.
