http://hobbyworld.aoshima-bk.co.jp/eindex.asp I've ordered from them once with no problems and they responded to my emails promptly. I certainly have no worries ordering from them again. However the do apply a handling fee of some 500yen if i remember correctly. I would suggest order from them if what u want is not available at HS or HLJ.

I have ordered from them, their service was fast and reliable, their replies t emails were prompt, but the 500 yen fee is what is making me chose other suppliers, but sometimes even with this added fee the models would be cheaper from HW, so keep an eye out for those doeals.

I've also notice that 500 yen fee and that will be one reason to prefer HLJ or hobbysearch, but i've been waiting for the model to be available at these two stores for ages and i'm tired of waiting, so i think i'm gonna order from them. by the way, the model is a skyline r32 4 door... if you know other stores that have these model in stock please PM me. thanks

Cheers

p.s. - Jay i'm sorry for not posting the link and thanks to Chris for posting for me
