My car is nearing the 30K mile mark, and today I called the Infiniti dealer and scheduled an appointment for next Monday to have the car go through the 30K tune-up. When they said the price was going to be $300-325, I almost sh*t my self. I decided to still keep the appointment day for next monday. Someone told me that I can bring my car to some shop and show them what needs to be done, and they will do the tune-up for a cheaper price. Can this be done somehow? Is there a place where I can get the same type of tune-up service without shelling out 3 bills? And also..is this 30K tune-up necessary??? It price definatly sounds wrong. What do they do at a 30K tune up?
Well if you can answer all of these questions you are a smart man/woman.
