How do u guys who race time your eating and drinking and excrement? Especially for endurance races? And also, how do u ensure that don't suddenly have the urge to go to the toilet in the middle of a race?

I was talking with Johnny O'Connell (one of the Corvette Racing drivers)last year and he said that he has also taken a leak in the car. I believe he said this was at Sebring last March.
