Question 2003 5-Series Sports Wagon???

Hello Everyone! I have heard a rumor that the newly designed 5 Series is coming out this summer but that the Sports Wagon's introduction will be delayed a year (a la E Series MB Wagon). Also I understand the new 5 Series will have a couple of more engine choices in 2004. I test drove a 525i Wagon and it was superb except it needs about 30 more horses (or a nice 330 engine!). Has anyone heard anything out there? I don't know if I can wait another 18 months to see what happens. Tks Cheers :alien:

Question 2004 BMW 5 Wagon

I can't remember exactly what auto publication on-line site I read this on. It was an article on what is coming down the road and covered all car makes. It was a pretty brief, matter-of-fact, statement. I'm hoping this isn't correct since I have my sights on checking out the new BMW Wagon and holding out on an A6 Audi Avant in the meantime. If you hear any more, let me know! Thanks!
