If you mean sell it, yes they do. Go to the Tamiya page and click on the paint button.

I'm just asking because spray cans are oftern classified as dangerous goods, and they are not alowed to send them by aeroplane. |

I'm not sure how they ship paint overseas, but here in the US, I just order the spray paint from Tower Hobbies and they ship it UPS.

i've gotten paints shipped UPS from several online shops including imageanime, hobbylinc (with a "C" not a "K" they are based in Georgia i think)... so far none of my paint can orders have come with a hazardous sticker.
