Cool Home of the RX7s

My Aoshima RX-7 Veilside Combat II as promised

This is my first finished car model. Next one is the C-West then hopefully the Greddy9 (if I ever get my hand on that).

It's as nasty mix of: Tamiya white primer + Testor Aluminum Plate Metalizer + Tamiya Pearl White + Lacquer Gloss Coat

Nasty because it's a pain in the butt to repaint / respray any flaws

Give him(?) some credit Its his(?) first model.
but anyway sanding is kinda dangourous to a paintjob, cut and polish would of been better.

He's referring to the 1st photo, rear bumper

It's not an orange-peel. I had to do a touch-up paint but since the original color was a mix of 3 different color sprays, I had to use a slightly different color for a handbrush touch-up.

It's one of those freak accidents that's really %$@%#$%#$

btw, what's with that "him(?) ... his(?)"

(j/k)... the use of "him" is correct :smoker2:
