More Rattles Plz help me

Okay something on my exhaust rattles when I get up to about 3500rpm. It rattle like really fast. Is it just a mount or is it something like the cat going out? Thanks if you can shed any light on this for me so I know what to look for when I jack it up.

Heat shields rattle often. Did you check those?
