1994 LHS 3.5 V6 Fuel Pressure Regulator FUEL LEAK!

Lately I have been smelling gas when I start my car. I looked everywhere but didn't find anything until today. I noticed gas around the rim of the fuel pressure regulator but it wasn't leaking as the engine was running and the car runs normally. I wiped it off while the engine was running and it wasn't leaking at all. Once it dried up I turned the car off. As soon as I started it again the gas re-appeared. It's not a major leak but any leak is a bad leak when it comes to gas. It's just enough to cover the rim of the regulator and some of the surrounding area but not enough to drip to the ground... Any advice is much appreciated...
