I know, I know.......another MkII :o)

Just finished this MkII, wich was supposed to be a "speed-build"
But it seems like I don't have it in me, cause it took me more then 2 months

It was was supposed to stay basic (= rims & lowering) but look how it ended up:
- Porsche seats
- Porsche steeringwheel from aGT3
- metal gearknob from Modelmaster
- Momo racepedals from Mr. Hobby
- radiofront from Mr. Hobby
- subwoofer
- tailpipe from the exhaust is scratched
- resin Brembo brake-discs from The Parts Box
- mirrors from a Lancia Delta Integrale
- 1 window is half open

On to the next "speed-build" I guess?

I'm ever speachless in front of your color schemes/model's appeal: I don't know if I like or I hate : for sure isn't my stuff or the way 'll think about.
I admit: at last they work very well, ever. Glad to see something different and special, sometimes.

Hey Davy
Another terrific Golf you made there , I love it

I know what you feel with the 'speed builds', I have the same problem. I've learned that when you start modifying the kit, it automaticaly takes more time than estimated. Even if you only change the rims, you get a lot of additional work. Build a OOB and you'll see how it speeds up

Very good clean built there! I only wish you could compound polish it ap a little as it will bring out the colour and remove the orange peel. Great work!

Looks good except for the mad texture in the paint.

I know what you mean about loving or hating the color schemes.
When the MkII was sprayed I have been planning to redo it for 3 weeks.
And once I had the new paint at home, I left it the way it was

@deedlit:any progress on your Porscha?

@everyone: about the paint: lazy me!

It's in a kind of 'stand-by', I've been too busy gardening and taking care of my tropical plants
