Dodge Omni Fuel issue
Good Afternoon,
I replaced the Head on my 90 dodge omni. The timing is correct, fuel to the carb and spark to all cylinders but the engine does not start. I suspect that while I had the head off I turned the carb upside down and the roll over safety device came into play. How do I reset that device?
