Need a manifold to use with external W/G
Hey I'm ready to go external w/g with my setup. I want to run a Tial 38mm. I had previously picked out a DNP stainless manifold to use with the 38. But I don't have the money right now to get that $600 beauty
. So I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other good manifolds with external gate flange? I want to stay away from cheap do-do ebay tubular manifolds because they are 99% likely to be poop. So I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good manifold that is compatible with the Tial 38mm. What about a cast iron manifold? You think anyone makes a cast iron manifold with the 38 flange? Thanks for any help in advance because I am having trouble finding what I'm needing. vanilla g

I have seen a few used ones go for like 100 on dsmtrader. Might want to check that out and see what you can find.

Re: Need a manifold to use with external W/G
I wouldn't knock the ebay tubulars. I know lots of DSMers that run them and have had no problems with the newer styled ones. Before they would do crap weld jobs and such and would end up cracking from warping. But now they are much better and have eliminated that problem...
I have a spare one sitting here that I'm not using because it was the wrong one I got. I mean, its the right one and all, but I thought it was the one that moved the entire turbo housing and downpipe over a few inches to the passenger side. So I have it here if you want it for cheap. It's doing me no good so I might as well give somebody else a deal on it that can actually use it. lol... 75 shipped, if your interested...

Re: Need a manifold to use with external W/G
Oh, I can't rock that. $75 bucks is too much money to only get a month of use out of it. I just don't trust it. I'd kinda like to get a cast manifold if you know of any good cheap ones. Something like that SBR one posted above.
