Exclamation 92 chevy blazer s-10 idles really ruff

i have a 1992 chevy blazer s-10 it idles really hard in drive ,, an when i try to give it gas it is like it is bogged down or not getting gas but it is fine once i get going. i have replaced the fuel filter. not sure what is next. i'm just a girl so i dont do car stuff . was hoping it is just a sensor that i can change ? it has 171,000 miles on it

Check your fuel pressure at the manifold. You can buy the guage at most auto stores and someone there should be able to help you. It's pretty simple to check. Post back what psi it reads when you turn the engine to on without starting the engine.

I concur. Sounds like a fuel problem offhand. Do you know if your engine is the Vortec or regular V6?

well i got my dad an brother to look at it an the fireing order was worng they put it right . an prob was still there. we took plug wires off an they were totally gone .. changed them an problem was solved runs great now thanks for you help guys. now only thing that is worng it the temp gauge wont work lol
